When when you add changing mindsets and three different generations working together to this mix, it is quite a challenging workforce management task for the engineering organizations. These organizations need to innovate and modernize on a continuing basis for which they must ingrain a high-performing culture that will equip them to adapt to the needs of the business, customers and their own employees. We help organizational leaders achieve this by working hand in hand with the engineering managers and teams to help build mindsets, set up the best practices that aid them process wise as well as technology wise. We also help managers to build the metrics that will help them evaluate and develop the teams. These adapting & innovation-driven mindsets, practices and metrics will allow teams to adapt to any changing needs, technologies in future.

As engineering leadership coaches , we work to help engineers and technical leaders improve their technical and leadership skills. We work one-on-one with individuals or with teams to provide guidance and support in areas such as communication, team-building, problem-solving, technical architecture, best-practices and strategic thinking. We also help to create a more positive work environment, and help managers to build better relationships with their team members. In this journey, we help the engineering leaders to identify their strengths and areas for improvement and provide them with the tools and resources to become more effective leaders. We are experienced engineers and leaders who have a deep understanding of the technical and leadership challenges that engineers and technical leaders face.
Our Team
RAHUL NACHANE , CEO & Founder
I founded LeaderCred mainly to coach and help technology and engineering organizations maximize their potential. Having spent my career, building high performing engineering teams that have built complex products and delivered successful projects, I am looking to now help other leaders achieve this as well. I coach engineering teams, help build an engineering & a learning culture, guide on tech and product strategy, coach & advise leaders, and help organizations through close engagement and continuous guidance and feedback. I am an Engineer at heart and love to build products that wow my customers and believe in being a linchpin (go above & beyond) at anything I work on. I have successfully built engineering and learning cultures in past at places I have worked and led. I have 20+ years of experience in the Software Engineering industry with major experience at big corporates as well as medium sized and start-ups. This varied experience in all sizes of organizations has allowed me to understand challenges at different levels and on how to deal and resolve them. I have completed Engineering Leadership program from Cornell University and completed my Masters of Science in Computer Engineering from Syracuse University.
